I didn't get my verification code

What to do when the 6-digit code email is missing.

  1. Wait a minute, then check your Spam, Promotions and Updates folders.
  2. Check the email address you typed. If it's wrong, go back and sign up again with the right one.
  3. Tap Resend code. You can request a new code every 60 seconds. Only the newest code works.
  4. Codes expire after 10 minutes, and you can request up to 5 in an hour.

Using Gmail? You can also sign up with Continue with Google, which needs no code.
