Is VYSN AI free?
Yes. The free plan includes 15 questions every day. Plus and Pro plans with higher limits are coming soon.
Is VYSN AI a doctor?
No. VYSN AI gives general health information to help you understand your health. It does not diagnose, prescribe or replace a doctor.
Can I use VYSN AI in an emergency?
No. In an emergency, call 112. For mental health support, call Tele-MANAS on 14416.
Which languages does it understand?
You can ask in English, Hindi or Hinglish, and VYSN AI replies in the language you write in.
Is my data safe?
Your data is protected with secure sign-in and encryption in transit. We never sell your data or use it for ads. You can download it or delete your account at any time.
Who can see my chats?
Your chats are private to your account. Messages are processed by OpenAI to generate answers. Our team does not read your chats; we only see an answer if you report it.
Do I need to download an app?
No. VYSN AI works in your browser, and you can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app.
What is the Founding Members offer?
The first 15 people who join after launch get VYSN Pro free for 3 months and a permanent Founding Member badge.
Can VYSN AI read my report photos?
Not yet. Type or paste the values with their units, for example "HbA1c 6.9%".
