The app looks out of date or won't load

Refresh and clear old files.

  1. Check your internet connection. If you're offline, VYSN AI shows a "You're offline" page.
  2. Refresh the page. On a computer, press Ctrl + Shift + R (or Cmd + Shift + R on a Mac).
  3. If you added VYSN AI to your home screen, close it fully and open it again.
  4. Still stuck? Clear the browser's site data for vysnai.com and sign in again.

VYSN AI works best in an up-to-date version of Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox.
