I can't sign in

Fix "Incorrect email or password" and other sign-in problems.

  • Check your email address for typos and extra spaces.
  • Passwords are case-sensitive. Check that Caps Lock is off. On phones, make sure the first letter wasn't capitalised automatically.
  • Signed up with Google? Use Continue with Google; your account may not have a password.
  • Forgot it? Use Forgot password.
  • Too many attempts: after 5 wrong passwords, sign-in for that account is paused for 15 minutes.
