"You've used all your messages for today"

Each plan includes a number of questions per day (see Plans and daily limits). When you reach it, you can still read your previous chats, and your limit resets at midnight IST.

If you see "You are sending messages very quickly", take a short break: there's a limit of 30 messages per hour.

If you need urgent health advice, don't wait for the reset: contact a doctor, or call 112 in an emergency.
