Rounds rules

1. Keep patients anonymous. No names, faces, ID or record numbers, phone numbers or dates of birth, in text or photos. Crop or blur anything that could identify someone. Have permission to share any clinical photo.
2. Learning, not treatment. Discuss cases to learn. Don't give treatment advice for a specific real patient, and never ask patients to contact you.
3. Be accurate. Share sources for facts and guidelines where you can. Say when you're unsure.
4. Be kind. No abuse, harassment, or mocking patients or colleagues.
5. No ads or selling. No promotions, paid referrals or spam.

Posts that break these rules are removed, and repeat offenders lose posting access for 7 days, 30 days or permanently. These rules are part of our Terms of Use.
